Pappardelle are a long pasta format, very similar to tagliatelle only a bit wider. The special bronze drawing makes the surface of this format rough and tasty, to better absorb the sauce and give a special flavour to each dish.
Poiatti pasta is produced with 100% Sicilian durum wheat and with excellent quality.
